We are all consumers, each and everyone one of us. Moreover, the environment of consumption isn’t going anywhere. It is the rare relationship we are born into.
Buying things will always be part of our lives, we can’t change that. Unfortunately, we also live in a world where brands know more about our mental, emotional, and physical behavior than we do. This is the part we can change.
The authors of this blog believe the consumer needs to see herself through the eyes of a neuroscientist and a marketer to live well in a world dominated by brands.
Brands have countless marketing resources, scientists have entire education systems funding research. What about the consumers? We want this blog to be that consumer resource. We want to balance out the relationship between brands and brains so you can consume on your terms.
